The SorS Academy team attended the Traditional Meeting of Insurers and Reinsurers, Sarajevo SorS 2024, held at the Swissotel Hotel in Sarajevo in June 2024. The conference was attended by approximately 200 participants. Once again, SorS hosted numerous representatives of globally renowned companies such as AON, Gen Re, Trust Re, Munich Re, Partner Re, SCOR, Swiss Re, Willis, and others, further confirming the reputation and significance this conference holds in the insurance industry.
The first SorS was held in Split in 1980. The next year the conference moved to Sarajevo where it remains. Originally the letter S in the name SorS stood for Split but now it represents the city of Sarajevo. In 33 years SorS wasn’t held from 1991 to 2000.
